About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager is pivotal to providing a strong financial framework for St Kilda Mums Inc. You will be responsible for all accounting functions including cash-flow, reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and providing advice to the board.

Core duties of this role include:

• Developing strategic insights into business performance and growth initiatives through financial analysis and analytics of data

• Manage and deliver operational and capital budget

• Provide constructive financial, assurance and risk advice to enable management and executive to make well informed decisions

• Delivering on process and policy improvement to ensure accuracy and integrity of data within financial systems

Skills and Requirements

• You will have minimum qualification CPA/CA and at least 10 years experience in leading teams and managing projects or services. You will be experienced and passionate about building strong internal and external relationships.
