Golder has a new opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our Business Support team on a full-time basis based in Melbourne.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Business Support Manager & Facilities Coordinator to implement facility initiatives.
  • Assisting employees with relocation of office furniture.
  • Assisting with the setup of new starter?s computers, workstations and PPE.
  • Ensuring the building areas are always in a clean and safe state.
  • Checking, cleaning & maintaining levels of kitchen consumables every day.
  • Assisting with meeting room & AV set-up.
  • Assisting with coordination of contractor work key services e.g. Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
  • Verification of invoices for work undertaken & raising purchase orders where required.
  • Assisting with the service and maintenance of our company fleet.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of servicing, rego, issues of the company fleet.
  • Ad-hoc tasks where required.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated people and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Current unrestricted driver?s license.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
