Golder has a new opportunity for a Facilities Assistant to join our Business Support team on a full-time basis based in Melbourne.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Working with the Business Support Manager & Facilities Coordinator to implement facility initiatives.
- Assisting employees with relocation of office furniture.
- Assisting with the setup of new starter?s computers, workstations and PPE.
- Ensuring the building areas are always in a clean and safe state.
- Checking, cleaning & maintaining levels of kitchen consumables every day.
- Assisting with meeting room & AV set-up.
- Assisting with coordination of contractor work key services e.g. Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
- Verification of invoices for work undertaken & raising purchase orders where required.
- Assisting with the service and maintenance of our company fleet.
- Maintenance of accurate records of servicing, rego, issues of the company fleet.
- Ad-hoc tasks where required.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated people and customer service skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Current unrestricted driver?s license.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
