We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Cook and two Kitchen Hand to join us and work under an internationally acclaimed 1 Michelin Star Executive Chef. You will be working in an exciting and fresh new luxury food and beverage concept at Melbourne Emporium Shopping Centre.

Ideal candidates for Cook position will possess:

• A minimum of two years’ proven experience in preparing and cooking food
• One-year proven experience in Japanese cuisine
• High standards in food preparation
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• A relevant Australian Vocational qualification, minimum Certificate III

Ideal candidates for Kitchen Hand position will possess:

• Great communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Preferably one-year experience in a similar role
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions
