Microflite is looking for a friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic person to join our team at our Moorabbin Head Office. This is a full time and permanent role, working Tuesday to Saturday.

Microflite operates Victoria’s largest fleet of turbine engine helicopters, specialising in luxury charter services to discerning local and international tourists. Microflite is also a leading operator in rotary-wing aerial work and para-public services.

We are looking for someone to work from our Moorabbin Head Office customer lounge who is organised, has outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and a highly professional manner.

This position will be a salaried permanent role, five days a week (Tuesday to Saturday), with on-the-job training and opportunities for career development.

Your duties are responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Answering telephone enquiries
  • Greeting clients in person
  • Providing clients with refreshments
  • Providing information on tours, services, and major events
  • Taking bookings and updating company databases
  • Processing payments
  • General administrative duties, data entry, and office housekeeping
  • Liaising with Management, pilots, and administrative team members
  • Quotation and confirmation of bespoke and group charter flights
  • Liaison with external parties in regard to landing permissions, ground transport, destination bookings etc.
  • Preparation and distribution of passenger manifests
  • Organisation and administration of flights to and from major events
  • Administration and management of the client database
