Strategy1HR has been in operation for over 20 years and is a market leader in Civil Construction labour hire.

We have partnerships with 5 Civil Contractors who are managing the sub-divisions in and around the Cranbourne and Clyde areas.

Our clients require reliable, hard working and motivated individuals with experience in civil labouring to complete the volume of work, which will continue for at least another 3-5 years.

To be considered for the role we require:

• Minimum 6-12 months experience working on a Civil Construction sites
• White card
• FULL PPE
• Other Plant tickets (with experience would be beneficial)
• License and your own reliable transport
• References to vouch for your exceptional attendance and reliability

As a Civil-All Rounder your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning storm water pits
• Labouring: Shovelling, barrowing, sweeping, digging, conduit work, site clean up etc...
• Operating power tools
