Account Management Job - Telco industry with client relationship management and growth opportunity

Our client are a partner of one of Australia's largest telecommunication providers. With their soul focus being on Business clients, they are seeking experienced Telecommunication's candidates to join their Easter Suburban team.

Your new role
Your duties and responsibilities include:

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive targets and achieve sale outcomes
• Communicate with SME businesses in order to ensure quality of service provided
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross sell to clients when necessary
• Adhere to set individual KPIS and strive to exceed these
• Add value to the wider organisation by sharing ideas
• Contribute to overall team culture

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you must have the following :

• Experience working in Sales based position within Telstra (Telstra retail is also accepted)
• Experience working in a B2B capacity
• Experience selling digital office technology and mobile/ internet services
• Strong ability to build rapport with customers and identify up selling opportunities
