KOMUGI has come to Australia and we are opening soon in Eastland, Ringwood. We currently have openings for full-time/part-time Assistant Bakers / Bakers.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of different types of bread doughs, rolls and other typical bakery/danishes/croissant products
• Work according to production schedule
• To ensure the quality of raw materials and products is up to standard
• Minimise wastage and participate in training
• To work with Head Chef in new product development

Requirements:

• Must have the rights to live and work in Australia
• Trade qualification preferred but not essential
• At least 2 years of industry experience
