Job Details

Our client works predominately within the residential property space and prides themselves on innovative designs. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Coordinator to assist the wider accounts department. This role will be responsible for processing and approving payments to all external suppliers.

Your daily duties will include: -

  • Processing of creditor payments
  • Accounts administration
  • Reconciling accounts payables
  • Preparing monthly reports
  • Bank account reconciliation
  • Documenting processes and procedures
  • Accounts receivable support

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: -

  • Previous experience working within the property or construction industries
  • Strong technical skills in MS Office Skills & accounts software
  • Must have high attention to detail
  • High personal and professional standards
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Experience liaising with internal and external parties
