Our Client:
Our client is a home grown, Australian success story who have built their reputation as an industry leading organisation within their field. With a family feel environment, and supportive team, our client has an immediate need for an interim Accounts Officer to join their welcoming team on a short term basis.

The responsibilities:
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be working closely with the Office Manager and your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting with Payroll related duties including superannuation reports
• Managing internal and external queries
• Processing invoices for payment, including supplier and utilities invoices
• Updating and maintaining employee information
• Assist with monthly IAS and quarterly BAS
• Assist the Office Manager when required

The successful applicant will have
To be considered for this role, you will have at least 3-5 years in a similar role and be immediately available to commence this 4-6 week assignment. The ideal candidate will have Payroll experience, have initiative, be a team player and come with excellent organisational skills. Prior experience with Reckon or MYOB will be considered advantageous.
