Main Purpose of the Job

Manages the relevant accounting processes (RTR/PTP/OTC/local) for multiple entities to meet internal and external reporting needs, in accordance with Group business control framework, global processes and requirements. Responsible to apply the group standards in consideration of local/statutory reporting requirements. In Finance Hub: PtP/ OtC/ RtR leads with <10 direct reports. Local accounting managers with <5 direct reports)

Critical Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in accounting, experience in people management is an advantage

Minimum Education

University Degree (Bachelor) or equivalent in Accounting

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the smooth performance of the relevant process

2. Identify and implement levels 5/6 process changes: implement global process changes

3. Streamlining and harmonizing the HUB/local processes

4. Building an efficient and professional cluster HUB/local process team

5. Drive the relevant process making sure on time delivery

6. Participating in cross functional projects

7. Ensure compliance with internal processes in consideration of local/statutory requirements

8. Handle escalation

9. Provide Audit support for the local market for local, statutory and internal audits in coordination with FD
