About The Opportunity

They are looking for a Trainee Sales Cadet to join their company in Seaford, VIC, with the potential to earn up to $55,000 Per Annum | Negotiable Salary $46,000 - $55,000 + Superannuation + Performance Bases Bonus.

The primary purpose of this position is to work within a team to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Reporting directly to the Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

• Over the counter and phone sales
• Help make the store presentable
• Work within the team to increase sales
• Help with stock counts and reporting

About You

• Any previous sales experience is beneficial
• You will have exceptional customer service skills
• Any electrical product knowledge is advantageous but not essential
• You are highly motivated, punctual and have great attention to detail
