About the role

• Being attentive to customers' needs

• Helping customers find products they are looking for in the shop
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding store condition and assisting with visual merchandising standards
• Assisting with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
• Handling the payment of purchases
• Keeping up to date with product information
• Making the customer aware of any special offers
• Making sure that all stock is on display
• Build customer rapport
• Find it easy to smile

• Proven working experience in retail sales

• Retail training (highly desirable)
