About the Role:

We’re currently looking for 6 Sale Associates to join our client’s BRAND NEW store in the heart of the CBD - Swanston.

As a motivated and dedicated Sale’s Associate your key responsibility is to satisfy your customers with excellence in product knowledge and service. You will assist the Retail Manager in ensuring that all sales related duties are performed whilst ensuring merchandising presentation is at its excellence at all times. You will have strong retail sales experience; pawnshop or jewellery sales experience will have an added advantage in this application. Your attitude will be client-oriented, a great team player and willing to learn.

Skills & Experiences:

• Strong Retail Sales experience is a must
• Prior working experience working in a pawnshop and/or Jewellery sales experience will have an added advantage but not essential
• Bilingual speaking is a big plus!
• Well groomed and have passion in Jewellery and Pawn broking industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging personality
• Positive attitude, reliable, willing to learn, client-oriented and a good team player
• Must be able to work retail hours, on weekends and public holidays when required
• A sales focused attitude and the drive to meet sales targets, KPI’s
• Basic computer skills, accurate data entry and high level of attention to detail
