We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Moonee Ponds store. You will work with our existing and new customers who are seeking professional expert advice on tailored solutions for their home or DIY projects.

You will be working with a great team of people who are dedicated to continually improving efficiencies for the benefit of the company.

Location: Moonee Ponds Showroom
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm Saturday/Sunday
Basis: Permanent full-time
Salary Range: Generous Base $50K + 10% Bonus + Super + Lap Top + Mobile Phone

Skills and experience

• Have previous retail or sales experience ideally in a tile, stone, vinyl, timber or bathware arena
• Qualifications in interior design will be viewed favourably but are not essential
• Ideally knowledge of software such as Clear Tile or alternate
• Develop trust and deliver exceptional customer service with retail, wholesale and trade customers
• Be able to build and maintain client relationships
• Be highly motivated and sales driven
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be self accountable, organised and adaptable with a good sense for detail
• Achieving sales targets and KPI's
• Showroom merchandising and housekeeping
• Must be able to work unsupervised
• Be outgoing and deliver with passion to customers and team members
• Perform administrative duties including data input to ensure that follow up and service excellence is maintained
• Have a strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills
• You are confident, well-groomed and have excellent interpersonal skills
