We are looking for a passionate Technical Pre-Sales Specialist in our Melbourne office to focus on driving delivery of solutions and services.

If you are looking to expand your industry knowledge coupled with solid pre-sales skills in solution selling and solution architecture, then we would like to hear from you.

This role will set you apart in the industry as you work across a wide range of solutions ranging from Interactive Statements, Digital Marketing Automation, SuperMatch2 and many more Software as a Service offering.

As the Technical Pre-Sales lead - you will be reporting to the Victorian General Manager.

Your main responsibilities will include;

  • Driving technical discussions & Internal enablement initiatives
  • Presenting technical solutions to all levels with confidence
  • Providing support to internal & external partners
  • Recommending solutions for different tiers and vertical markets
  • Undertaking product training to meet the competency level for BPO Enablement
  • Being the centre of competence for Technical enquiries across the suite of solutions

Skills and Experience:

  • TAFE certificate or University degree preferably with a major in IT; or 2 to 5 years' related experience with a reputable a Solutions Provider and/or within Superannuation.
  • Client facing Experience and knowledge of Superannuation, print/mail, digital engagement or SaaS beneficial but not required.
  • Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills, written and verbal
  • Must be a great problem solver
  • Ability to link technical solutions to business problems
  • Experience as a Trainer to facilitate BPO Enablement programs
  • Must possess a can do attitude and willing to learn about new technologies
