ARB Pakenham is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated sales professional to work within our sales team.

The key responsibilities for this position include:

• The promoting and selling of products to new and existing customers.
• Providing administration support to the sales team and sales manager.
• Deal directly with customers in person, on the telephone and via email.
• Process and follow up sales orders.
• Generate basic sales reports.
• Customer service and warranty processing.
• Cash handling and record keeping.
• Attending 4x4 shows, field days and open days as required.
• Be part of a rotating Saturday roster.

The key skills required for this role include:

• Experience in the Automotive or allied field and possess a genuine interest in furthering your knowledge and experience within this field.
• Must be motivated and enthusiastic to achieve sales targets.
• Must be able to communicate with all demographics of customer.
• Exceptional phone manner with basic Microsoft knowledge.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Have knowledge and understanding of the 4wd industry.
• Have a current drivers licence.
• Possess the ability to manage and to follow through on the whole sales process.
