Role of Sales Operations Manager

  • You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the day to day Operations for the China Region
  • Stock management & forecasting in line with sales and marketing activities
  • Liaising and coordinating with multiple different stakeholders to ensure sales & stock is delivered in a timely manor
  • Assisting the China sales & marketing teams to be more efficient and to achieve sales targets
  • Assisting the China driving high performance outcomes
  • Supporting the launch of new products into the China
  • Enabling the achievement of sales budgets
  • 1x direct report
  • You will report in the Region Business Manager (Melbourne based)
  • Office based with occasional overseas travel

To be successful in this role

  • Success in this role will come from leveraging your background in a commercial/ operations role - you will have an excellent understanding of sales & marketing
  • You will have 5 years minimum experience, must be from an industries where SKU count is high
  • You will have a sound understanding of warehousing and inventory utilising both Sea and Air freight
  • You will have managed multiple geographical locations - preferably middle east but not essential
  • You must have sound project management skills, export experience, worked in an environment with lots of competing demands & have good ability to forecast
  • You will be degree qualified
  • You will be well presented & have excellent communication (written & verbal)
  • You will be a team player who has the ability to influence others
