Role of Sales Operations Manager
- You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day to day Operations for the China Region
- Stock management & forecasting in line with sales and marketing activities
- Liaising and coordinating with multiple different stakeholders to ensure sales & stock is delivered in a timely manor
- Assisting the China sales & marketing teams to be more efficient and to achieve sales targets
- Assisting the China driving high performance outcomes
- Supporting the launch of new products into the China
- Enabling the achievement of sales budgets
- 1x direct report
- You will report in the Region Business Manager (Melbourne based)
- Office based with occasional overseas travel
To be successful in this role
- Success in this role will come from leveraging your background in a commercial/ operations role - you will have an excellent understanding of sales & marketing
- You will have 5 years minimum experience, must be from an industries where SKU count is high
- You will have a sound understanding of warehousing and inventory utilising both Sea and Air freight
- You will have managed multiple geographical locations - preferably middle east but not essential
- You must have sound project management skills, export experience, worked in an environment with lots of competing demands & have good ability to forecast
- You will be degree qualified
- You will be well presented & have excellent communication (written & verbal)
- You will be a team player who has the ability to influence others
