This highly regarded removalist company has established a trusted reputation throughout Melbourne Metro by providing relocation services to their clients.

This role of Sales Manager is for a mature minded, outward focused sales professional who is looking for diverse experiences in their working day.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Arranging in-home appraisals
• Preparation of estimates and proposal documents tailored to meet specific client’s needs
• Schedule resources and manage all aspects of the client moves
• Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders in co-ordinating each project ie. Classic Moves staff, moving/transport teams, moving location etc.
• Monitoring progress
• Maintain timely and accurate records on database
• Regular reporting plus attendance and input at company meetings
• Responding to incoming phone calls from current and prospective clients

To be successful

This role would suit someone experienced in sales preferably within the relocations sector and/or with project management experience.

• Demonstrate business acumen
• Confident communication skills and able to establish genuine rapport with a wide cross section of people to ensure positive client outcomes
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive, professional team but capable of working autonomously in keeping with company objectives
• Ability to remain calm and professional when multi-tasking
• Committed to providing highest level of customer service as essential support to senior citizens moving into retirement settings.
• Advanced MS Suite is required with minimum working knowledge of Outlook, Word and worked with a database management system
