Key responsibilities

Sales Productivity

• Achievement of daily individual sales targets
• To give the highest standard of customer service at all times
• To present oneself in line with the brand image and company dress code
• Assist in resolving and solving customer enquiries in store and on the phone
• Participate in on going product, sales and visual merchandising training to ensure a high level of customer service is offered.

Operational Management

• To maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store, back office and reserve areas
• Assist in the planning and completion of store stock takes and ensure accurate counting of stock
• Assist in Store stock deliveries.
• Store stock replenishment from reserve
• Maintain store in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines
• Understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures including GST refunds, till procedures, returns, credit notes and exchanges
