As an Internal Sales Administrator you will play a pivotal role in assisting the sales team with new and key existing accounts support and administration. This role will keep you busy and challenged where no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing customer orders received through telephon and email requests
• Invoicing customer orders
• Tracking customer orders
• Prepare quotations and generate rate calculations
• Preparing weekly, monthly sales reports
• Prepare client proposals and presentations
• Assist the sales team with tenders
• Respond to client requests regarding their accounts
• Database management

The successful candidate must have:

• Excellent customer service skills and pride themselves on building strong customer relationships
• Proven experience working in a sales administration/customer service position
• Have strong database, Word, Excel & Outlook skills
• Excellent attention to detail
