We currently have a new opportunity for a Retail Space Executive to work in the Retail sector of our highly successful Investment division. The Mirvac Investment portfolio is diversified across office towers, retail centres and industrial properties, secured by a broad range on international, ASX listed and government tenants.

You will be responsible for assisting the management team to increase their returns by maximising Retail Space income and ensuring the best possible PopUps are presented to the public. You will be managing the administration and reporting functions for casual leases and ensuring business practices, policies and procedures are adhered to.

To be successful in this role you will have no less than two years experience in a retail leasing/ administration/ casual leasing environment with experience of meeting challenging targets and deadlines. You will be results driven and thrive on a fast paced sales environment.

You will be known for your excellent communication skills, outstanding relationship building skills, immaculate presentation and will have a collaborative and down to earth approach. You will have strong numerical and written communication skills as well as a strong knowledge of the full Microsoft suite.

This role will involve travel to varying retail sites to manage PopUps in multiple Sydney centres.
