Our client is a construction company that specialises in customised concrete panel construction. This business is going through an exciting growth phase and they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a background in concrete/construction to join the company and help the Pre Cast side of the business grow and optimise sales.

Your daily duties will include: -

• Develop and implement polices and procedures for best practice
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain customer relationships and resolve customer complaints
• Research and explore market and new business opportunities
• Produce monthly sales reports and manage CRM database
• Attend meetings as needed

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: -

• Previous and proven sales record in construction and/or concrete
• Strong understanding of the construction and concrete industries
• Passionate and driven approach to work
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Full drivers license
• High level of negotiation skills
