Your experience:

• Sales- minimum two years, outbound call centre is ideal
• Call centre super star who loves being on the phones
• Exposure to marketing/advertising campaigns is beneficial
• Empathy, patience, flexibility and resilience
• History navigating multiple computer systems and adhering to compliance
