The preferred candidate will have experience in, and knowledge of the meat industry, highly developed organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base. Computer literacy, exceptional customer service skills and a result focused attitude is essential.

The successful applicant will also be required to lead, educate and develop the sales team.
