Your daily duties will include: -

• Develop and build leads and relationships
• Drive sales through expansion of channels
• Obtain lisiting & arrange inspections
• Research market trends & provide advice
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Required to work Saturdays

To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes: –

• Relevant experience working in off the plan or property sales
• Proven success in sales
• Excellent selling and negotiating skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Valid Driver's License
• REIV Agents Representative License
