Macfarlane Generators is now looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join the team in Clayton South, Victoria, on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for all operations of the Showroom, including managing the Showroom Assistant, delivering customer satisfaction and achieving sales and operational KPIs.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Ensuring company sales and other procedures are adhered to;
• Demonstrating equipment for customers;
• Performing showroom duties including stocking, labelling, testing, tagging, and ensuring there are no vacant spaces;
• Working with customers to provide best-practice knowledge and information around their individual needs;
• Attending to any customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner; and
• Actively seeking new business opportunities for the company.
