Internal Sales Consultant

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this position requires a highly motivated and organised, results driven sales person to provide proactive support to the Internal Sales and Customer Service functions of the business. Ultimately, you will contribute to the continued and sustained growth of the business and ensure it continues to be the most highly regarded in their industry.

A part time position (5 days per week, 5 hours per day - negotiable) the key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to all inbound telephone and website sales enquiries, ·
  • Owning and facilitating the entire buying process from sales enquiries, handling objections, emphasising agreements, providing quotations, and timely follow-up,
  • Prospecting for potential sales opportunities with new companies and contacts,
  • Maintaining accurate sales and customer information in the CRM database,
  • End to end management of customer and sales support enquiries,
  • Providing sales support through regular and consistent customer contact,
  • Driving excellence in customer service,
  • Performing administrative functions to effectively support company operations,
  • Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager as required.

If you are a proven sales performer, both inbound and outbound, with sound administrative skills and bring exceptional communication and energy to work each and every day, then we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated:

  • Proven experience and results in an inbound or outbound telephone sales environment, ·
  • Experience in using SAP B1, or similar CRM system, ·
  • Microsoft Office and Database/CRM management skills, ·
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills, ·
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, ·
  • Strong attention to detail. ·
