Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking a ‘DRIVEN’, highly motivated and experienced Ford New Car Sales Consultantto join our team on a Full-Time basis, to help us provide ‘Exceptional Customer Experience. Everyone! Everyday!

The role
Based in Oakleigh, and reporting to the General Sales Manager, your role is at the forefront of our industry. Purchasing a vehicle is an important decision for our customers and you’ll need to provide them with the best advice and customer experience. Prospecting new customers, attending to customer queries, follow-ups, lead generation, and maintaining a detailed knowledge baseour products. You are a passionate salesperson, driven by sales and reaching targets.

About You
Essential

  • An experienced sales person, with a successful sales record
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, including a Saturday
  • Results oriented - committed to closing deals
  • Work ethic and reliability
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Current driver’s licence
  • A ‘DRIVEN’ person with a 'can do' attitude, and a passion for cars and people
  • Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!

Desirable

  • Experience with the following systems: Pentana, Eranet, Dealer Socket
