We are looking for candidates who are confident at assessing customer needs and problem solving, flexible, eager to learn to deliver the best Customer Service level experience of the Service Industry , if that sounds like you – We need to talk today...

You will be a team player working in a fast-paced environment handling a large amount of tasks at the same time maintain a high quality of service.

Ideally you would come from the following Segments but you may have Specific abilities; facilities management and cleaning industry exposure or a background in mobile equipment Service, CCS will provide training and assist with your development.

Key Responsibilities:

>Responsible for the administration and coordination of spare parts issue job s cheduling for the Service Department's operations.

Direct after sales support, coordination with workshop activities and serving as the point of contact for customer enquiries, in person and via Telephone & Email .

>Organise and assist with, schedules , plan service visits to our clients using our available internal & external team of in-house technicians or through preferred 3rd party contractors.

>Manage service records using in house service management, conduct data entry and generate service reports from technician's feedback and assessment.

>Provide a high level of customer service experience the company

Must have:

- Purchasing/Inventory/Spare Parts experience

- Understanding of system s and structure.

- Proven organisational skill with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suit & Outlook

- Appointment setting and administration experience

- Customer service orientation

- Ability to work in a high energy, learning environment where resiliency and timely turnaround of quality work is essential

- Self-starter with ability to work independently

- Proven ability to identify and execute process improvement initiatives

- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Available to work within the hours of 8am – 6pm on a 45hour per week roster.

Preferably live within a 30-40 minute drive from West Footscray
