ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is an Australian success story; with over 50 years in the business, they are leaders in their industry with over 5000 products being stocked amongst some of Australia’s largest retailers.

• Answering calls and emails regarding products, orders, pricing and availability
• Processing orders and delivery dockets
• Regular liaison with warehouse and delivery Staff
• Dealing with any after sales issues, including faults/damaged goods/wrong deliveries
• Problem solving by processing credits/exchanges/replacements to ensure customer satisfaction

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• A proactive individual who is genuine, loves problem solving and a strong work ethic
• A fast learner who can pick up tasks and procedures quickly
• A strong communicator who can explain technical product information to customers
• A team player who can work to deadlines
• Experience in production/wholesale/manufacturing environment will be highly regarded
