The Customer Service is responsible for providing day to day customer oriented service and to act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that both internal and external customers may face with accuracy and efficiency. This role's target is to ensure excellent service standards at all times and maintain high customer satisfaction.

German family-owned company that operates worldwide and is known for its high-pressure cleaners, floor care equipment, parts cleaning systems, wash water treatment, military decontamination equipment and window vacuum cleaners.

Description

Duties will include:

• Provide technical/product support to clients and technicians or dealers
• Develop and strengthen customer relationships through routine, proactive and professional interactions
• Maintain records of customer communication, update customer accounts and documents
• Perform customer verification as required and process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure resolutions and deadlines are met throughout the order process
• Adhering to company's policies, procedures and guidelines

Profile

The successful applicant will possess:

• At least 2 years' experience within an environment of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively whilst working in a dynamic environment
• Proven record of setting and achieving personal goals and team targets; works well within a diverse team environment
• Proficient in SAP would be an advantage but not essential
• Ability to work with technical / product information
