We are now in need of a new team-member who will be given the opportunity to learn every part of the business, with the aim to move in to the assignment department to assist in managing contractor schedules. For the right candidate, this opportunity has great potential for career progression and further responsibilities.


The Role
The role will involve managing and organising contractors schedules, assigning new bookings to contractors in the most efficient/effective manner, liaising with customers and solving day to day problems. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task extremely effectively and be able to work with and manage a large amount of information.

  • Develop skills in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Project Management
  • Understand and absorb large amounts of information
  • Organise and plan contractor schedules/appointments
  • Assign new bookings to contractors
  • Work under pressure
  • Liaise with customers and cleaners effectively

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will need to be able to handle large amounts of data and exercise great organisational skills. The position is open to either an ambitious and driven graduate, or somebody with experience in scheduling, logistics and customer service.

Other information
The role will be full-time with hours of 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. The starting remuneration will be between $45k - $55k based on the candidate.
