This Client is a statutory corporation within the Victorian Government and provides exceptional service for Victorians on the road. They are currently looking for casual Customer Service Officers located in Bundoora(candidates must be flexible to assist at Broadmeadows and Seymour offices on an ad hoc basis)

To be considered for this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment - face to face
• Previous sales or retail experience
• Experience in dealing with difficult customers
• Intermediate computer skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced team

We are looking for candidates who are flexible to work approximately 20-38 hours per week and Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm. This position is commencing ASAP.

Successful candidates will be required to attend paid training in KEW for 6 days from the 30th May 2018.
