As we work on a variety of temporary and permanent role, our clients often approach us at the last minute seeking Melbourne’s best, so this expression of interest is really to access the market of jobs that we receive when we don’t have the luxury of time to advertise! Our Customer Service roles typically range between $25-30 per hour + Super or between $45-65k + Super.

The key skills we are after include:

  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate via phone and email
  • Strict time management
  • Ability to problem solve in a timely manner
  • Sales experience
  • Demonstrated experience picking up new systems quickly
