Our client now is seeking for a committed, energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor with excellent interpersonal skills to join their Laverton North office. In this role, you will work directly with the General Manager in providing quality customer service.

The Position

Managing client communications and relationships is your main responsibility as a Customer Service Advisor. You will interact directly with potential, new, and existing clients. The position requires you to provide quality customer service, while increasing the company’s revenues through increased sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Being the customer’s point of contact
  • Answering customer enquiries regarding, warranty, insurance and the company’s product
  • Dealing with customers directly either by face-to-face, electronically, or by telephone
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Solving and investigating of any customer issues and problems in an efficient manner
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service and quality though employees and maintain a positive work environment

Skills and Experience

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable talking on the telephone with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the company’s products and strong computer skills
  • Can make decisions based on facts
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and autonomously as required
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally
