This company supports mortgage brokers and mortgage managers with end-to-end loan processing and administration support.

Your new role

With a passion for delivering exceptional customer service you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional support to all customers seeking assistance with mortgage accounts and resolving mortgage related inquiries.
• Efficiently attend to and manage an inbound call flow from existing and potential customers.
• Your role will be working a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunity to flex hours up
• Your new role is a 6 month temporary ongoing assignment paying $26.61 per hour + super
• Your working week will be Monday to Friday on a rotating roster basis from 8 am to 8 pm.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will go above and beyond to achieve great results for the customer;

• Previous Contact Centre experience will be advantageous.
• Effective communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
• Someone who enjoys linking in with customers over the phone to build relationships
• Individuals who strive for strong customer advocacy outcomes
• A proven team player: someone who gets that reward is far sweeter when shared by those around you.

**Must be able to commit to a 2 week full-time training period.
