We are currently on the lookout for an EXPERIENCED & MOTIVATED Casual Retail Sales Assistant based at our Melbourne Central store.

At MIDAS we are always looking for talented individuals to help us deliver fashion footwear to the high street. A key part of your role will be to deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on sales and teamwork.

Key responsibilities include;

• Being customer focused, at every level provide exceptional customer service
• Developing new customer base and establish "lifetime" customers
• Achieving and exceeding all targets in line with company KPIs
• Stock maintenance and as required visual merchandising
• General housekeeping duties

To be successful in this role you will have;

• Proven experience in Fashion Retail sales, footwear experience an advantage
• High personal standards in providing superior customer service
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Experience achieving and exceeding targets
• A positive, vibrant & high spirited approach
