Are you a driven individual who excels in customer service? Would you like to take advantage of earning whilst you gain practical, on the job experience?

Entry-level candidates who are interested in doing a Business Operations/Sales Traineeship with Tradelink will be involved in store sales, stocking and warehousing. As an ideal applicant you will have management potential, genuine interpersonal and communicative skills - with a true willingness and aptitude to learn.

This is a perfect role for someone with a passion and understanding of retail/trades (i.e. plumbing).

To be a Tradelink Business Operations/Sales Trainee you need to have:

  • Have Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Ideally completed Year 12 or equivalent
  • A valid Driver's License
  • An aptitude to learn new products and systems
  • Passion, people skills and initiative
  • Be well presented and communicate effectively
  • Be computer literate
  • Be willing to undertake medical clearance, a police check and psychometric testing
  • Previous supervision of employees is viewed as beneficial
