We are seeking to expand our team and find a talented individual with experience in Office Administration / Sales Supporting roles, to provide administrative support to our growing Commercial team.

Role Objective:

As a Commercial Sales Administrator at Signorino, you will provide administrative support to our representatives in our Commercial Interior Design / Architectural division, and play an integral role in our sales, logistical and customer service processes relating to projects across the commercial, multi-residential, hospitality and retail sectors.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate and communicate information effectively and appropriately with a wide variety of individuals.
  • Possess problem solving skills, a high level of computer literacy and the willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and fantastic organisation skills.
  • Friendly and dynamic personality.
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Proud of their work, but not mistake pride with ego.
