Working within the Faculty of Education, Service Skills and Environment, the Sous Chef will work to ensure that all catering and food production requirements for the Le Cordon Bleu programs are delivered on schedule, within cost parameters and in accordance with the operational requirements of the Department.

Salary: $56,088 p.a. + 9.5% superannuation + leave loading.
Time Fraction: Full Time.
Location: Moorabbin Campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining a Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Contract of employment to 31 December 2018 with a qualifying period.
