Black Waffle in Northcote is seeking a part-time Chef / Kitchen Hand to join the team.

Black Waffle is a Cafe and Dessert bar based in the heart of High Street, Northcote. Known for their home-made Gelati and Belgian Waffles, this small business is expanding their number of staff and are committed to maintaining a fun, fast paced work environment.

To be considered for this role you should:

• Be available to work after 5pm
• Be available for some Saturdays
• Have experience in a hospitality kitchen
• Be comfortable following a recipe
• Maintaining an excellent standard of presentation
• Have a positive attitude and great time-management skills

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Kitchen Service & Plating
• Ingredients Preparation
• Making Custards, Dough & Gelati
  (You will be taught during training)
• General Cleaning and stock take
