• Coming from a high volume background and having a solid understanding of what busy means you will know how to manage a high performing team for a busy services.
• Able to work hard and work together - this is not a paper pushing position. A confident chef, you know where your strengths lie and you can lead the team from the front being involved in prep and service.
• Knowledge of all kitchen sections and high end prep experience is essential.
