The job of a Chef covers the aspects of operations within the kitchen environment. It requires a strong work ethic, team focused attitude, leadership qualities as well as the ability to follow directions from the Head Chef and of the management team.
Duties:
Ensure that all meals are cooked in a manner which adheres to the venues recipe, good plating and ensure all meals are served in a timely manner an highest standard
Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen that adhere to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
Helping Head chef to improve current menu items
Temperature logs and delivery receipts
Stock ordering and training of staff
QUALIFICATIONS
· Fully traded qualified
· Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
· 4 years minimum experience
· Flexibility and availability to work night and weekendS
