We are a restaurant business located in Carlton VIC seeking a qualified Cook to join our passionate team. You must have a passion for food and possess relevant skills. Award wages apply $50,000 to $55,000.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Food Preparation
Cooking and frying of food products, packing foods, cleaning and maintaining own kitchen area
Follow direction toward portion control, cooking standards and wastage
Clean food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or Areas, furthermore spillages when they occur
Ensure proper use of chemical/cleaning products and ensure they are stored appropriately
Be able to work well in a team and independently
Follow all hygiene and Health and Safety regulations within the kitchen
