The Role

We are now experiencing a high demand for skilled Personal Care Assistants (PCA) and Food Service Assistants (FSA) in the Mornington Peninsula to work a variety of shifts. We are looking for enthusiastic PCA's and FSA's that are passionate about their work and have a genuine interest in caring and assisting the elderly.

It is with the utmost importance to us that our team of staff are always professional, polite and confident.

Responsibilities

The role of the FSA will include meal service to the residents and assisting in preparing meals under the direction of a Chef as well as preparing the dining room and assisting in maintaining a clean food preparation and service area.

As a PCA, your role will involve assisting residents with personal care and other activities of daily living.

PCA's with FSA skills and qualifications would be seen as highly advantageous.

Essential Criteria

• Nationally Recognised PCA Qualifications
• Current Food Handlers Certificate
• Current Employment Police Check (Valid 3yrs)
• Car & Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Enthusiasm, Dedication & Flexibility for ALL shifts
• An Ability to Travel to Different Work Locations
• Clear Communication Skills & a Passion for Helping the Elderly
