MONOU is a new Japanese restaurant in South Melbourne, we are looking for passionate people to join our team!!
Chef / cook
you must:
- have experience as a chef/cook in commercial kitchen
- be creative yet appreciate traditional Japanese cooking
- be a team player and have good communication skills
- be a citizen in Australia or have a visa and the right to work
- preferably able to speak Japanese or interested in Japanese food and culture
Wait / Bar staff / FOH manager
you must
- have experience as a wait staff
- be able to make high quality drinks (including cocktails, coffee, tea) and have some basic food handling skills
- be a team player and have good communication skills
- be a resident in Australia or have a visa and the right to work
- preferably be able to speak Japanese or be interested in Japanese culture
Pay/Salary- negotiable depending on experience and capability
