We are currently looking for dedicated Kitchen Hands who are looking to develop their skill set and are motivated to learn new skills!

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, cut and cook ingredients used in the preparation of Sushi Sushi products
• Making hand rolls, sushimi, inari, nigiri, salads etc.
• Occasional customer service duties
• Clean and maintain cooking equipment
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times

Skills & Experience:

• At least 1-2 year's experience as a kitchen hand (experience with making sushi and hand rolls is a bonus)
• Valid working rights
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Good communication skills
• Understanding of hygiene, food safety and OH&S

Previous experience within a hospitality/retail environment is preferred.
