Looking for a very highly skilled and passionate fully qualified chef who is up to date with all current food trends to join our amazing team of 5 chefs myself Penny as a very hands on Food coordinator.

We are a majority self sustained cafe preparing all food and desserts, including GF, foccacia, burger and panini bread and pasta etc all baked fresh in house. Approx 50 deserts and ice cream is all prepared in house.

Serving breakfast all day from 8am and open for dinner Thursday and Friday nights until 9pm.

Position involves cooking all meals to order including the baking and preparation of all desserts and the baking of bread. The position involves working closely with the owners. Successful candidate must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team environment both with and without supervision. Candidate must be able to engage in stock control and kitchen cleaning duties and be confident in exploring and helping to create and serve ultra creative New Menu items.

Successful candidate must also have access to internet and email and must be available to work weekends and we can also offer one weekend day per week off as you settle in. Ideal working conditions following all guidelines. Applicant will have a proven track record, a can do super positive attitude. Experience and or a want to learn baking preferred but not essential.
