Job Summary

Head Chef required to open our new business Sorrento Brewhouse on the Mornington Peninsula. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner 7 days. 2 month contract role available for immediate start with extension to full time available. Accommodation provided in shared house for contract period & return airfare available for interstate applicants. Other roles available including Breakfast Chef, Baristas, Kitchen Hands, Cooks & Wait Staff.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

3 years experience as a Head Chef running a kitchen doing substantial daily covers. General Head Chef Duties including rostering, cost management, ordering, managing a team & presenting great quality food.
