Full-time General Hands needed immediately for leading family owned window furnishing company. You'll be expected to be available to work 37.5 hours per week, and attend work between 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

As a General Hand, you will be based at our warehouse based in North Melbourne. The role involves aluminium fabrication including: cutting down/modifying a variety of our product range, including but not limited to blinds, doors, grilles, shutters, flyscreens, and awnings. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance in Inwards goods, Despatch, Returns, and stock control areas by working alongside the warehouse team.

ABOUT YOU

You must be fit, strong and healthy, as the role is going to require a lot of manual handing, lifting, bending, loading and unloading. To compliment this skill set, you'll have a proven and stable work history, and be extremely reliable and eager to see the project through to the end.

If you're looking to secure a permanent ongoing role and establish a long term career, then permanency in a factory based role will be considered upon completion.
